Quick Registration Information

This year all registration will take place at Lake Leatherwood City Park at the Event HQ. Lake Leatherwood is located two miles west of Eureka Springs on Hwy. 62. All events are organized and take place at or from  the Lake Leatherwood Sports Complex with the exception of the Big Town Ride.

Pre register online for all events at 

New On Site Registration Schedule for all USAC Sanctioned Events and most of the non-sanctioned events.                                                                                                                                                          

 Friday Evening:

  • Short Track, Downhill, Super D, XC Omni, DH Duo Registration Open 3pm
  • Short Track Registration Closes 30 min prior to start of each class for that class.
  • All registration Closes By 7:30pm

Saturday:

  • Downhill Registration Open 7:30am Closes 9:00am
  • Downhill Course closes / riders meeting 9:45am top of course
  • Super D Registration open 1:30pm – 3:00pm
  • Super D Course closes / riders meeting 3:45pm top of course.
  • Cross Country Registration open 1:30pm -  6:30pm

Sunday:

  • Cross Country registration open 7am
  • Cross Country registration closes 8:15am
  • CAT 1 Men Roll Call 8:50am
  • CAT 2 Men Roll Call 9:02am
  • CAT 1/2 Women Roll call 9:10am
  • CAT 3 Men / Women / Jr’s  9:15am
  • Children’s Race Registration 11:00am – 11:30am
  • 1pm XC & Final Awards Ceremony (approximate time.  Announcements on site for actual time)

Other Non-Competitive Events You Must Register For

Friday

  • Short Track Cruiser/ Costume Race 7pm. Bring your best alter ego. Definitely the scream of the weekend. Everyone’s time to “show their colors”. Only two half mile laps. And it has been proven it can be done on any bike in just about any garment. Prove it can be done in any place. 7pm Friday at the Phat Tire Short Track at Lake Leatherwood.   • Kids Short Track Challenge 7pm. This non-sanctioned event is awesome. Kids have the opportunity to experience the thrill of racing in a controlled environment without all of the pressure of serious competition. Achievement awards for all participants. Registration will take place before the event. See kids events option on the main menu for more info. Registration immediately preceding the event.

Saturday

  • Children’s Fun Ride 10 am. This ride takes kids along the trails, paved paths and service roads of Lake Leatherwood City Park. Casual pace and chaperones help riders along. See the non-competitive kids events option on main menu for more info. Registration immediately preceding the ride.
  • Big Town Ride.2pm The recreation ride of the weekend. Hit all of the lesser and unknown street, trails and alleys of Eureka Springs front country urban turf. See the non-competitive events option of the main menu for more info. Registration immediately preceding the event.

Sunday

  • Kids XC Challenge. This non-sanctioned event is awesome. Kids have the opportunity to experience the thrill of racing in a controlled environment without all of the pressure of serious competition. Achievement awards for all participants.
